After waking up this morning,I did 30 min yoga,then prepared for myself blinis for breakfast for the first time.And guys, they’re soooooooooo damn good that actually,I’ll be making them very often from now on :) Had them with the healthy pudding that I made the other day,mango and goji berries.Of course with black coffee,it was the perfect morning ^^
Ingredients:70g buckwheat flour70g oats1/3 tsp baking powder + baking soda1 tsp honey170ml rice milk2 egg whitesNutritional information per serv:Cals: 38 ; carbs: 7g ; fat: ~1g ; protein: ~2g
